We are highly responsive and understand the pressures of the permitting and construction schedules, while also understanding that designs undergo changes throughout the process. Our designs incorporate wood, steel, concrete, and masonry, for a final product that is both cost effective and congruent with your architecture.
For Contractors:
We pride ourselves in taking a practical approach to all projects, but especially when working with contractors. There are many different construction approaches, and usually, more than one right way to construct a home or repair. We recognize that every contractor has different crew sizes, material availability and equipment availability. We enjoy working together with you to coordinate solutions that are both structurally sound, cost effective and buildable.
For Homeowners:
We work for you to help with all structural engineering services that you need at your home. We can analyze and provide designs for any structural repairs that may be required, or work with you to help facilitate the structural items of your proposed addition or renovation. Although we do not provide general contracting services, we work closely with many different contractors with different specialties and can help put you in touch with the contractor that we think would best suit your needs. We provide construction phase services throughout the project to ensure that work is being performed properly.
For Real Estate Agents & Home Buyers:
We greatly enjoy working as consultants to prospective homebuyers that have structural concerns with the property that they are purchasing. We recognize that these times are stressful and also time sensitive, so we strive to be attentive and provide practical information to help ease the process. We put an emphasis on not only pointing out structural problems but also educating the prospective home buyer on the real implications and causes of the problems. We are also able to summarize our findings in a short report if requested.
