For Architects:
We coordinate closely with you throughout the design process to create structural design plans that seamlessly fit structural elements into your architectural vision. We are highly responsive and understand the pressures of the permitting and construction schedules, while also understanding that designs undergo changes throughout the process. Our designs incorporate wood, steel, concrete, and masonry, for a final product that is both cost effective and congruent with your architecture.
For Contractors:
We pride ourselves in taking a practical approach to all projects, but especially when working with contractors. There are many different construction approaches, and usually, more than one right way to construct a home or repair. We recognize that every contractor has different crew sizes, material availability and equipment availability. We enjoy working together with you to coordinate solutions that are both structurally sound, cost effective and buildable.
For Homeowners:
We will work to educate you on the structural work that is going to be required on your renovation, addition or new construction project. We are happy to take time to go through the design after it is completed to make sure you understand what we have provided. We provide construction phase services throughout the project to ensure that work is being performed properly.
